VidoHost Trial Services Disclaimer

Provisional no-cost offerings, "beta" releases, experimental features, or early-access previews (individually or collectively referred to as "Trial Services") are governed by specific guidelines. By choosing to engage with any Trial Services, you consent to the following terms and conditions:

  • You recognize and accept that utilizing Trial Services may involve heightened risks of system instability or operational failure;
  • You understand that these are pre-production versions and, as experimental builds, may contain bugs or functional irregularities;
  • Trial Services are provided on an "as-is" basis; consequently, we strongly advise against deploying them for live production or business-critical tasks;
  • VidoHost maintains the absolute right to alter, adjust, or terminate any part of the Trial Services without prior notice;
  • Final commercial releases of these services may differ significantly from the trial versions, and external programs optimized for the trial may not remain compatible with future updates;
  • VidoHost reserves the right to prioritize standard support over technical inquiries related to Trial Services;
  • You agree to provide timely and constructive feedback regarding your usage in the format we request, including diagnostic details to help us replicate any errors. You grant us the right to use this feedback for product enhancement and marketing purposes. Any intellectual property derived from your feedback or usage of the Trial Services remains the exclusive property of VidoHost;
  • You acknowledge that all details regarding your interaction with the Trial Services, including your performance evaluations and opinions, are strictly confidential and must not be shared with third parties;
  • Trial Services are provided "as available" and "with all faults." To the maximum extent allowed by law, VidoHost rejects all statutory, express, or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a specific use.

You confirm that you possess the legal authority and permissions required to share data with VidoHost for the fulfillment of these Services. You acknowledge that our solutions may be delivered via third-party vendors or independent contractors. Please note that all professional support fees remain non-refundable.

VidoHost may facilitate temporary application trials, allowing you to test specific software on a short-term basis. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE INSTANCES ARE DESIGNED FOR TRANSIENT USE AND THAT VIDOHOST INC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE DATA AND DEACTIVATE RELEVANT SERVERS AT ITS DISCRETION. It is your sole responsibility to maintain local backups of all User Content. VidoHost provides no guarantee of data retention for Trial Accounts, and you accept the full risk of potential data loss.
