VidoHost Terms of Use

This section represents a legal document that serves as our Terms of Use and Service level agreement, and it governs the legal terms of our website, https://www.vidohost.com, sub-domains, and any associated web-based and mobile applications (collectively, "Website"), as owned and operated by VidoHost INC.

Any capitalized terms used here, unless stated otherwise, have the meanings explained in the Definitions section below. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines posted on this page (collectively referred to as the “Legal Terms”), form the complete and exclusive agreement between you and VidoHost INC. They replace any previous agreements, statements, or understandings related to our Website and the topics covered here. The most up-to-date version of our Legal Terms will always be available on our Website, and we encourage you to review them before using our Website or Services. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you agree to follow the revised Legal Terms.

By accessing or using our Website, you confirm that you understand and agree to fully comply with these Legal Terms.

Prohibited Persons (Countries, Regions, Entities, and Individuals)

Certain entities and individuals are prohibited from registering for and using our services under applicable export control laws and trade or economic sanctions imposed by the U.S. or other relevant governments. Specifically, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, through the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"), restricts U.S. companies from engaging in certain commercial activities with sanctioned countries or regions (each a "Sanctioned Country/Region") as well as with specified individuals, organizations, or entities, including, but not limited to, those designated on OFAC's "Specially Designated Nationals" ("SDN") list. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a Sanctioned Country/Region or identified as an SDN. Additionally, unless expressly permitted in writing, VidoHost does not register or allow the use of any of our services in association with Country-Code Top Level Domain Names ("ccTLDs") from any Sanctioned Country/Region.

Failure to Follow Policies

Not following these terms may result in your account being suspended or permanently deactivated. All accounts and servers operating within the VidoHost network are required to follow the policies outlined above.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice. While our usual approach is to issue a warning first and deactivate the account after a second violation, we are not obligated to provide a warning in all cases.

VidoHost also reserves the right to suspend or remove any account or website hosted on our servers if, in our sole judgment, the content is considered unacceptable, inappropriate, or otherwise in violation of our standards.
