The following Terms of Service (TOS or Agreement) govern all supplementary solutions provided by VidoHost (we, us, our) to you, the client. By acquiring any add-on features from our platform, you signify your agreement to these specific terms. For the purposes of this document, any service provided outside of our primary Shared Hosting, Cloud VPS, or Dedicated Server plans is categorized as a supplementary extra service.
A supplementary service is officially recognized as active only once the transaction for that specific item is finalized. Please note that for services requiring manual configuration, specialized processing time, or the prior activation of a base hosting plan, the time of purchase and the time of service availability may not occur at the same moment.
Any add-on explicitly marketed as a bundled feature within a specific hosting plan is provided at no cost for the duration of that plan’s active status. Services defined on the Company website as "One Time" transactions do not incur recurring charges and are settled with a single initial payment. Conversely, any service that is neither bundled for free nor designated as a one-time charge will be enrolled in our "auto-renewal" system, with billing cycles matching the period selected during checkout or visible in the client portal.
All fees associated with the purchase or renewal of supplementary services are strictly non-refundable.
The Company endeavors to maintain a routine of creating complimentary data snapshots for all client accounts at a minimum frequency of twice per week.
For Shared Hosting clients, we commit to maintaining at least one complete backup of the account data on a secondary, isolated storage network. Users on Cloud VPS or Dedicated Server platforms are provided with free daily or weekly snapshot capabilities performed on their primary storage array; these can be configured as often as the client requires, subject to the available disk space on the server.
The Customer acknowledges that they bear the primary responsibility for maintaining independent copies of their web content, including files, email archives, and SQL databases. Outside of the specific commitments in our SLA, the Company is under no obligation to generate, store, or deliver additional data archives to the Customer.
The Customer agrees that the Company shall not be held accountable for any financial impact, data corruption, or operational downtime resulting from the absence of a current backup or the use of an obsolete data archive.
While the Company provides a best-effort service to migrate your existing website to our infrastructure, this is offered as a courtesy convenience and does not constitute a legal guarantee regarding the timeline or the technical feasibility of the move. Because hosting environments vary significantly across the industry, data from your previous provider may be stored in proprietary or incompatible formats. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that a complete or partial data transfer will always be successful.
Every new hosting subscription includes one complimentary site migration. Should the Customer request additional migrations, the Company will evaluate the request based on technical and physical resource availability. We reserve the right to decline additional migration requests if they are deemed unfeasible or to apply administrative fees for transfers that exceed the scope of our standard Service Level Agreement.
