These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Customer") and Vidohost. Each User is subject to these Terms, and by using Vidohost's web hosting, domain registration, or related services, the User agrees to be bound by the usage policies and other terms and conditions contained herein.
Term, Payment, and Renewals
Term of Service. The term of the User's subscription to the Services commences upon the User's acceptance of these Terms and successful payment.
Payment & Renewals. The User agrees to pay all fees for purchasing and renewing Vidohost Services. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and potential data loss.
Refund Policy
Same-Day Partial Refund Policy. Vidohost operates on a highly strict refund policy. To be eligible for a refund on hosting services, you must cancel your subscription and request the refund on the exact same day the purchase was made. You will receive a 50% (half) refund.
No Refunds After Day One. If your subscription extends by even one day, absolutely no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Services. Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, and custom migration fees are entirely non-refundable from the exact moment of purchase.
Security & Acceptable Use
Account Security. The User is strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users must utilize Vidohost services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing scripts, or malicious code.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
- Hosting copyright-infringing material without authorization.
- Resource abuse (CPU/RAM) negatively impacting server performance.
Domain Registration Limitations
ICANN & Registry Rules. All domain name registrations are subject to upstream registry policies and global ICANN regulations.
No Liability for Domain Loss:
We are absolutely not responsible for the loss, expiration, theft, or deletion of any domain name. By using our services, you explicitly acknowledge that domain retention and management are entirely your responsibility, and Vidohost assumes zero liability for any domain losing scenarios.
